“We’re inspired by the work of our newest nonprofit partners, each of them doing important work to improve lives and protect the planet,” said Alix Guerrier, Chief Executive Officer of GlobalGiving. “They span 38 countries, meaning that their impact is truly global. We at GlobalGiving are privileged to have them in our community, and we look forward to learning with and from them as our partnerships continue!”
GlobalGiving welcomed 108 new nonprofit partners following the first Accelerator onboarding program of the year. This cohort includes organizations that empower fathers to be caregivers, prevent human-wildlife conflict in Namibia, and heal conflict-driven trauma in Sri Lankan youth. We’re immensely humbled by the heart and community-led work of our new partners.
“The April 2021 Accelerator was our second time participating in the program. The first time, we did not quite leverage all the resources we had available through GlobalGiving. This year we followed the Accelerator program’s advice and engaged with the online community of project leaders through the Facebook group. The results were amazing! Not only did our donors notice our improvement in engagement activities, but we also felt part of a worldwide team of fundraisers. We are so thankful to the GlobalGiving Team for their resources and coaching, and we are thrilled to have graduated from the April 2021 Accelerator! We will wear our badge with pride. Here’s to more campaigns together!”
